Nice hotel, the room was clean, equipped with electric cattle, Tea/coffee/sugar, banquettes. the bed was very comfortable. Very good breakfast - large variety to choose from and yummy.

The staff is very friendly and ready to help you. The bed in the room is comfortable. Badroom is clean and shower works perfectly. The fact that you can charge expenses on your room facilitates the reimbursement when traveling for work.

Location was a little too far outside the city to be really convenient for some sightseeing on the evening we arrived, but it was very clean, friendly and very good value. It was easy to reach the long distance cycle route that we were travelling on. The staff were extremely helpful and we had a good value evening meal and a filling breakfast before leaving.

Loved the motel vibe , the room was really clean and very functional. Staff were really lovely and very helpful. We ate in the restaurant the first evening and it was really nice. Easy parking. Dog friendly. Easy access to the centre of Gouda, which is a quirky beautiful city to visit.

Good location for us, we enjoy walking and Gouda town centre was only a 45 minute walk away. The room was basic but clean and comfortable with a tea and coffee tray. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Of you have dietary requirements e.g. vegan etc and you've booked breakfast, just let them know as they cater for this when asked.

The room was good, comfortable and quiet once I had sorted out the noise from the bathroom extractor fan. the staff were great, particularly Roel who was amazingly helpful during my stay. The restaurant had no vegan options and Roel worked very hard to ensure I had something to eat. He also sorted out the very noisy extractor fan in the bathroom by contacting the maintenance person and finding out how to turn the fan off. Roel is a credit to Campanile, fantastic customer service and really showed that he cared. Thank you Roel!

The location was secure at night, and the staff were brilliant. The rooms were immaculate and tidy, with fresh towels every day. Everything was in working order, and nothing was faulty. The showers were spotless!!! The staff were so helpful, especially the two that helped me get to Amsterdam late evening (21st August). They both went out of their way to try and help me, and the company should be proud they got a fantastic team there. What helps them all speak excellent English, which allows someone like me who should be learning to talk Dutch by now!!!!

Staff were very,very friendly and helpful.Premises are kept fresh and clean. Restaurant is a lovely space and the food is well presented and tasty. Bar is up to date and reasonably priced.
